Switched On Insurance ‘Win an iPad Air 2 16GB WiFi’ Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. The draw is open to residents of the U.K excluding employees of the Promoter (or of the Promoter group), their immediate families, agencies of the Promoter (or of the Promoter group) and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Entrants must be 16 years old or over.

3. The promotion begins on the 1st July 2015 and closes at 23:59pm on 30th September 2015 GMT.

4. You will be entered if you purchase, renew or extend a phone or gadget insurance policy during the promotional period. Each gadget insured by the competition closing date and still on cover by the competition draw date gives you one entry into the draw.

5. If you are an existing customer you will be automatically entered into the draw. Each gadget insured by the competition closing date and still on cover by the competition draw date gives you one entry into the draw.

6. Should you wish not to be included in the prize draw please email prior to the closing date confirming this and your details will be removed from the entry.

7. By entering the prize draw your details will not be automatically used for marketing purposes. However anybody purchasing, renewing or making a change that results in an additional premium being charged on an existing personal insurance policy will have their marketing preferences confirmed during the sales process.

8. Each gadget you insure gives you one entry into the draw.

9. Any policy, purchased, renewed or changed resulting in an additional premium being charged and qualifying for entry in to this draw must be in force for a minimum of 30 days after the draw closing date.

10. There is one prize of the latest iPad Air 2 16GB WiFi. If stock of the prize is unobtainable then the promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

11. The winner will be randomly selected on or around the 20th October 2015 by the Promoter from all the valid entries submitted during the promotional period.

12. The Promoter will contact the winner within 15 days of the competition draw date using the contact details provided as part of the entry and will provide details to the winner on how to claim the prize. In all matters, the random selection made by the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

13. The winner is required to respond to the notification of winning within 30 days of receipt in order to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner will be selected.

14. The prize is not transferable.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for evidence of identity and address of the prize winner.

16. By entering this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. Losing entries will not receive any notification.

18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

19. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.
